Yes. Recompute the SHA-256 fingerprint of your file, then check the anchor transaction and block on a public explorer. When a Merkle proof is in the package or certificate, you can confirm inclusion independently.

First confirmation is typically minutes after broadcast. A deeper confirmation check runs about 24 hours later. Merkle inclusion proofs, when eligible, usually appear shortly after the first confirmation.
